What pains me most about today’s difficult-to-navigate work culture is to see many young professionals waste precious years on the wrong career path, in dead-end or unfulfilling jobs, or starting businesses unsuited to their talents and aspirations.
That’s why I’ve dedicated my more than two decades of successful recruitment, career coaching, corporate networking, and personal experience toward helping dissatisfied professionals and recent grads land their dream job, or launch their ideal startup.
My coaching clients are grateful for how quickly and objectively I can identify their strengths, clarify their goals and set them on the right course to prospering in their career endeavors—saving them untold time, frustration and lost opportunity.
My own career trajectory has given me the tools, vision and key business connections so vital to helping my coaching clients find and pursue their true calling.
At the stellar global search firms of Ajilon, Comsys and Solomon Page, I recruited, counseled and onboarded thousands of employees for elite companies like Citigroup, TIAA-CREF, Sotheby’s, Bank of America, AIG, and many others.
In the wake of the financial crisis of 2008, I successfully launched my own business, NDP Global, Inc., developing innovative strategies to place qualified candidates at Fortune 500 companies that were struggling to find the right talent. In 2016 I authored a seminal book on the state of contemporary recruiting, “Swimming in the Talent Pool,” interviewing over 30 C-suite executives in conducting my research.
Now, as Founder and CEO at MTV Coaching, I am devoting all of my unique and extensive experience toward personally guiding each of my clients who, eager and determined to be successful, just need to be pointed in the right direction.
